Do I require a deposit ?
We don't require a deposit but 2 months in advance
Do you charge administration fees ?
Yes we do the fee is £150.00 per tenancy drawn up.
Do I need a guarantor ?
We require 2 months rent in advance or 1 month and a guarantor
Do you except DSS ?
We do but will need the above requirements
Can I have pets?
In your tenancy it is stated that no pets are allowed , but each landlord has different views. We would advise that before you buy a pet you ask one of our staff if it will be acceptable
I have bad credit can I still take a property ?
Depending on what the bad credit was for we will treat each case individually.
Do you offer furnished properties ?
We can offer furnished properties , please ask a member of staff for further info.
How long are the tenancies?
Tenancies are contracted on a 6 month term which is extended subject to there being no issues.

What commission do you charge ?
We charge 10% of all rents received
How will I get paid my rent?
We can either pay you via a bank payment or a cheque through the post
Can you carry out maintaince on my property?
We can cover all the maintaince on your property if you require from gas safety certificates to general repairs

Where do you source the properties ?
We concentrate mainly in skelmersdale but cover surrounding areas like liverpool
Are the properties discounted?
Each deal is packaged individually, all have a certain discount
Do you provide tenants?
Yes we can offer the full management package or you can manage it yourself
Are the properties refurbished?
We endeavour to make sure all properties are up to a rentable standard on completion
Do you offer any guarantees?
We don't offer any guarantees properties are sold as seen. Once they are completed any maintaince costs will be down to the landlord.
